This Grade 3 natural-process coffee originates from Sidamo’s Shentawane village near Daye. At Bombe station, cherries hand-picked by around 600 smallholder farmers undergo flotation sorting to eliminate defects. The beans are then dried on elevated African beds, carefully turned 5 to 6 times daily until achieving an optimal moisture level of 11–12%.
