Decaf Colombia Santa Rosa hails from Planadas, Tolima, where spring water and natural sugarcane are used in a clean, chemical-free process. The sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) method gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s sweetness and aroma.
Using locally sourced water and a natural solvent derived from fermented sugarcane molasses, the beans are carefully steamed, decaffeinated, and dried to perfection—leaving a cup that’s smooth, aromatic, and delightfully pure.
