Tucked away in the breathtaking, high-altitude peaks of Huehuetenango, Santa Cruz Barillas is home to ASOBAGRI, one of the world’s leading organic and Fair Trade coffee cooperatives. This is an extraordinary lot from over 1,400 smallholder farming families.

Each producer micro-mills their harvest on-site, using natural coffee pulp fertilizer and sun-drying parchment under the mountain sun. In the cup, expect a delightful balance of peach sweetness, a hint of cola, and a dark chocolate back end.  A beautifully nuanced coffee that supports farming families and protects their native highland ecosystem.
