Sourced from the Alpes Andinos association in Cajamarca, this lot represents the hard work of 30 smallholder farmers near the village of La Naranja. By utilizing a meticulous 48-hour double fermentation process at high altitudes, these producers have captured the very best of what Peruvian terroir has to offer.
